These Terms cover what you’re agreeing to by using itihaaskar.com and buying the notes and study material Itihaaskar sells here. Using the site or buying something means you’re okay with what follows.

1. What you’re actually buying

Downloadable PDF study notes for UGC NET/JRF History (Code 06), plus related material like revision sheets. I keep chapter counts, page counts and prices on the site accurate, and update them if anything changes.

2. Accounts and orders

Please give real details when you order, and keep your login to yourself. If something looks like fraud, a mistake, or a breach of these Terms, I reserve the right to cancel that order.

3. Prices and paying

Everything’s priced in Indian Rupees (₹), tax included unless stated otherwise. Payments go through Knit Pay and whatever method you pick there — UPI, card, net banking. Your order is confirmed the moment payment actually clears.

4. What you can (and can’t) do with the notes

Buying a set of notes gives you a personal licence to download them and use them for your own exam prep — print a copy for yourself if that’s how you study, no problem.

What’s not okay:

• Sharing, reselling, or posting the files anywhere — in part or in full;
• Stripping out the branding or copyright notice;
• Using the content to build a competing product, or for any other commercial use;
• Handing it out to a batch, class, or institution without asking me first.

Everything here — the writing, the layout, the design — is mine and protected by copyright. If it turns up somewhere it shouldn’t, I will follow up, including legally if needed.

5. Getting your notes

Delivery is digital and, in the normal case, instant — you get download access right after payment goes through. If that doesn’t happen for any reason, just write in and I’ll sort it out.

6. Refunds

Covered in full on the separate Refund Policy page — short version: no refund once a file’s been opened, except in the specific situations listed there.

7. On exam results

I put real care into these notes, but I can’t promise you a rank, a score, or selection — that comes down to your own preparation and a fair amount outside anyone’s control. These are a study aid, not a guarantee.

8. Limits on liability

To whatever extent the law allows, if something goes wrong, what I owe you is capped at what you actually paid for that product — I’m not liable for indirect or knock-on losses beyond that.

9. Changes, and which law applies

I may update these Terms occasionally — the date at the top shows the current version. Indian law governs these Terms, and any dispute falls under the courts of Haryana, India, subject to whatever consumer rights can’t legally be signed away.
