These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of itihaaskar.com and your purchase and use of the digital UGC NET / JRF History notes and other materials offered by Itihaaskar (“we”, “us”, “our”), operated by REPLACE_LEGAL_NAME. By accessing the Site or buying our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. About our products

We sell digital, downloadable study notes for the UGC NET / JRF History examination (Code 06) and related study material. Page counts, chapter counts and prices shown on the Site are accurate to the best of our knowledge and may be updated from time to time.

2. Accounts and orders

You agree to provide accurate information when placing an order and to keep your account credentials secure. We may refuse or cancel any order where we suspect fraud, error or a breach of these Terms.

3. Pricing and payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through our payment gateway (Razorpay) and its supported methods (UPI, cards, net banking). Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully received.

4. Licence and permitted use

When you buy our notes, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the material for your own exam preparation. You may print a copy for personal study.

You may not:

• Share, resell, sublicense, upload, distribute or publicly post the files, in whole or in part;
• Remove any watermark, branding or copyright notice;
• Use the material to create a competing product or for any commercial purpose;
• Reproduce the content for any group, batch or institution without our written permission.

All content — text, layout, design and graphics — is the intellectual property of Itihaaskar and its author and is protected by copyright. Unauthorised distribution may lead to suspension of access and legal action.

5. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After successful payment you will receive access to download your files, typically immediately. If you do not receive access, contact us and we will resolve it.

6. Refunds

Our products are digital goods. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy; in particular, no money-back is offered once a file has been downloaded or accessed, except in the limited cases set out there.

7. No guarantee of results

Our notes are a study aid prepared with care by a qualified educator. We do not and cannot guarantee any particular exam outcome, score, rank or selection, which depends on each aspirant's own effort and many factors outside our control.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Site or any product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

9. Changes and governing law

We may update these Terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date shows the current version. These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at REPLACE_JURISDICTION shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable consumer rights.
